Returns Policy and Procedure

Please note: Products purchased online must be returned through the online channel using the PO Box number. Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of the Pop Up Shops.
We expect that your products will be delivered within 3 working days, however they make take up to 7 working days.
If you want to return the items you must do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Items purchased more than 30 days ago can not be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please use regular post to return your item
Please pack up your item, complete with all packaging.
Please print the returns form below and complete it in full. Failure to do so will mean we will be unable to refund you for your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you want to exchange your product please follow the standard returns policy outlined above. We will process a refund to your card on receipt of the product. You are free to order another product on www.pippacollection.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For international returns please follow the above procedure.
